Newbeginner cours in Qigong

Place: Malmö Wing Tsun Skola, Celsiusgatan 29

Thursday: 20.00-21.00

Starting january 27

We train Qigong together with Yin Yoga. During 16 weeks we go through:

– basic filosofy

– basic exercises

– basic for chines meditation

– basic for tuina (chinese massage)

– basic for acupressure

Price: 600 kr

(Only 10 students)
