Yin Fu Baguazhang is a powerful and devastating martial art. It comes from Beijing where it is widely reported. Grandmaster is He Jinbao. In Sweden, Fredrik Regn is the most advanced practitioner of this art. Many times a year, he travel to south Sweden and teach at Malmö Wing Tsun School. Now it is time again. 30-31 August, 2008, we have seminar in Baguazhang. We begin at 10.00 each day. All those who want to try this martial art is welcome. The seminar costs 200 SEK a day.

Weng Chun comes to Sweden for the first time

Weng Chun Kuen is a southern chinese kung fu system descendent from the southern Shaolin temple. Many have linked this style to Wing Chun. The name and the style has striking similarities but are two separate systems.

Grandaster Andreas Hoffmann now come to Sweden, and Malmö Wing Tsun school, to keep a two-day seminar in this style. This will be the first time the system is shown in Sweden. For all who are interested in kung fu and, in particular, Wing Chun, Wing Tsun, and other versions, this is a real highlight. Take the opportunity to create kung fu history in Sweden. Do not miss this!

Kung Fu training autumn 2008

This autumn 2008 will be an exciting kung fu semester. There will be more training sessions than ever during the week. It will also be arranged more kung fu events than ever. Qian Zhaohong will, as usual come for a whole week in October. It will be introduction of Weng Chun for the first time in Sweden in november. In Malmö Wing Tsun School, the semester starts 7 september. At 18.00, we will keep a show and an introduction of all the kung fu styles we teach in. This is at the moment: Wing Tsun / Wing Chun, Tai Chi Chuan, Xinyi Liuhe Quan, Yin Fu Baguazhang and Wujie Qigong. Everybody are welcome!

Sifu Mak taught for a whole week Swedish practitioners in Wing Chun Kung Fu. On daytime there was a course in Luuk Dim Boon Kwun (Long Pole) and in the evening Sifu Mak taught close range combat. This was a really good week for Swedish kung fu. Everything took place at Malmö Wing Tsun School. Thank you Sifu for the great teaching!
